Huawei today announced on Weibo that it will be unveiling the Enjoy 10 Plus at an event in China on September 5. Along with the launch date, the company has also posted a promo video that gives us a clear look at the upcoming smartphone. The Enjoy 10 Plus will be a rebranded Y9 Prime (2019) for the Chinese market, with just a few minor cosmetic changes and an upgraded primary camera sensor. Huawei had introduced the Y9 Prime (2019) for global markets in May this year.
Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus Set to Debut in China Later This Week
As can be seen in the promo video below, the Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus will come with a full-screen design featuring a pop-up selfie camera. On the back of the phone, we find a vertically-stacked triple-camera setup and a circular fingerprint sensor.
Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus is expected to feature a HiSilicon Kirin 710F octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz. The smartphone will have a 6.59-inch sized IPS LCD display with 1080 x 2340 Full HD+ resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It will be offered in a total of four storage variants – 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. The triple-camera setup on the back of the phone will include a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The Enjoy 10 Plus will come equipped with a 16MP pop-up selfie camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Fueling the internals of the phone will be a 4000mAh non-removable battery. As for the software, the phone is tipped to run on Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9.1 out of the box.
