Xiaomi has a big product launch lined up for November 5 in China with devices such as the Mi CC9 Pro, Mi Watch, Mi TV 5, and a portable Mi Air Conditioner, all launching at the same venue. Now, according to exclusive information handed to us by Ishan Agarwal, the company will be launching two more products on November 5th. Xiaomi is also gearing up to launch two more products along with its flagship smartwatch in the country. The Mi Watch, in particular, has already been teased extensively in just a matter of hours after the first promotional image by Xiaomi co-founder Lei Jun.
Coming to the other products, the source says Xiaomi will be launching the Mi Air Purifier Max Enhanced version as well as Mi Powerbank 3 10000mAh with fast charging capabilities. The power bank and the Mi Watch should both be available in Elegant Black and Silver shades. Now, Xiaomi’s big Air Purifier Max is an old 2017 product but the company could be readying to “enhance” it with a few features and launch it. All other Xiaomi air purifiers are relatively smaller including the recently-launched Mi Air Purifier 2s.
As for the Mi Watch (we don’t know if the company will call it that), Xiaomi has already revealed much about the design and innards of the flagship accessory. The Mi Watch will come ready with eSIM, NFC, GPS, and a small speaker. The company is essentially positioning it as a mini-phone on your wrist. It’s supposed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 3100 platform, not the new Wear 3300 chip. As for the Mi Powerbank 3, it could just be a repackaged small version of the Mi Powerbank 3 Pro (20,000mAh) that has 45W fast-charging features and has been available in China for some months.
