Realme has already announced its plans for the upcoming year. The Realme X50 5G smartphone is right around the corner. Post that, the company will likely turn its focus towards the successors to the mid-range Realme 5 series. Though not officially declared, we can safely expect the company to continue the naming/numbering convention and come up with the Realme 6 series of smartphones in 2020. Nevertheless, a new bunch of Realme smartphones has now been spotted on the EEC certification website, some of which, could belong to the Realme 6 lineup.
Realme RMX2063, RMX2040, RMX2020, RMX2001 appear on the EEC certification website
As seen in the image, the four Realme devices have received the EEC certification that ideally means that we might soon hear more about them, but as of now, we don’t have concrete evidence as to when they might launch. For that matter, we can’t really tell as to what the names of these devices could be, but the best guess is that there could be two Realme 6 series smartphones out of the four model numbers mentioned above. Another one could be the alleged Realme X50 Pro. Lastly, another Realme smartphone with the model number RMX2030 has also been spotted on the NBTC and the BIS certification websites, courtesy of which, we know that it will be dubbed the Realme 5i.
Moving on, the Realme X50 Pro and the alleged Realme X50 Youth Edition devices appeared on the 3C certification website a little while ago which confirms that both of them will feature 30W fast charging. To know more about the two devices, you can head to our previous coverage of the same.
