Samsung will soon launch the next iteration of its clamshell smartphone series dubbed the Samsung W series of smartphones. The Samsung W2020 has recently appeared on the 3C certification website that has revealed its charging capacity.
Samsung W2020 to feature a 15W charger
As per the 3C website, the Samsung W2020 (with model number SM-W2020) will feature a charging combination of (9.0VDC 1.67A) and (5.0VDC 2.0A) meaning that it will have charging support up to 15W.
As far as the rest of the specifications of the device is concerned, the Samsung W2020 is tipped to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset which will be coupled with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The storage will be UFS 3.0.
Moving on to the OS, the Samsung W2020 will run on Android 9 Pie out of the box.
Moving on to the battery of the device, the Samsung W2020 will most likely feature a 3,500mAh battery which will have support for 15W fast charging.
Just in case you are not aware, the Samsung W series of smartphones is a premium range that the company launches in China. These devices would remind you of those old flip phones that used to be popular back in the late 2000s. That said, they are no slouch when it comes to the price. The Samsung W2019 was priced at around $2700 which is simply jaw-dropping.
